The North Bergen P.B.A. Executive Board is bestowed with the responsibility of representing the governing authority over the local associations in upholding the policies of this Association.

Our current Executive Board consists of members representing a cross section of our membership within the North Bergen Police Department.

The Policemen's Benevolent Association membership works to serve all the people within the city with respect, fairness, honesty, courage, compassion and integrity. We are committed to the prevention of crime, protection of life and property, safety, enforcement of laws and ordinances and the safeguarding of constitutional rights and guarantees.

Our foundation being protection and community service, we will strive to reach our goal to enhance the quality of life of the residents we serve. By holding ourselves to the highest standards of performance, professional conduct and ethics, we shall develop a community partnership and public trust to fulfill the needs to the Township of North Bergen
