ANY MEMBER WISHING TO OBTAIN
A COPY OF THE PBA BYLAWS AND / OR THE CURRENT LABOR CONTRACT WILL BE PROVIDED
WITH ONE UPON REQUEST TO ANY EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER, STARTING WITH THE PRESIDENT.

Go to any Verizon Wireless Store and speak to the sales representative. Explain to them that you are requesting the State Employee Discount.
You will fill out a form and they will make a photo copy of your ID card.

For your safety write on the copy of your ID card “COPY” in black across the card. It will take approximately 2 billing cycles for the “discount” to show up on your bill.

You can’t use the online store or kiosk’s for purchases. You will have to use the Verizon local stores in your area.
